Background

Andreas Kellas founded MORSE Corp (Mission Oriented Rapid Solution Engineering, legally MORSECORP, Inc.) in October 2014 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, after leading the Unmanned Air Systems business area at MIT's Draper Laboratory. Co-founders Adam Ray and Bobby Cohanim joined him at the outset.

The company built a multi-disciplinary practice spanning artificial intelligence/machine learning, autonomy, mission planning, guidance-navigation-control, computer vision, and unmanned aerial/undersea vehicle development, serving what it calls the 'US National Security Ecosystem.' It has since opened satellite offices in Arlington, Virginia (2024) and Seattle, Washington (2025), and describes itself as an employee-owned company with no outside shareholders.
