Alpine Eagle was founded in Munich in 2023 by Jan-Hendrik Boelens (CEO) and Timo Breuer.
The company operates from Munich with additional offices in the UK and Netherlands, targeting the military counter-UAS market from the outset rather than pivoting from commercial drone work.
The core product is Sentinel: a coordinated swarm of airborne interceptor UAVs guided by 360° active radar and tied together by Sentinel-OS, a proprietary software layer that fuses sensor data, manages swarm coordination, and can integrate with third-party hardware.
