Story tips and leads

We cover defense-tech companies and startups, procurement, and battlefield developments — with a standing focus on Ukraine and Russian aggression, Iran, and defense programs across Europe, the United States, Israel, Russia, and China.

If you have a document, a contract award, a fielding detail, or a correction to the public record, send it. Tell us what you can about provenance and what you need kept off the record, and we will honor it. We do not publish personal contact details, and we verify against primary sources before anything runs.

Corrections

We correct the record promptly and in the open. If something we published is wrong — a number, a date, an attribution, a mischaracterized capability — write to editor@battlepolicy.com with the article URL and the specific passage. Substantive corrections are noted on the article itself.

Membership and billing

For questions about a BattlePolicy account, newsletter delivery, or a Pro membership — including access problems, receipts, or cancellation — use the same address and include the email address on the account. Please do not send card numbers or other payment details by email; we will never ask for them.

Press and partnerships

Media enquiries, syndication, speaking requests, and partnership proposals go to the same address. Companies we profile are welcome to flag factual errors in their Company Dossier or Lexicon entry; we assess the evidence and update the file where the record supports it. Access, advertising, and commercial relationships never determine coverage.

Response times

The desk is small. Expect a reply to editorial and membership mail within two to three business days. Time-sensitive tips are read the day they arrive.
