Competitive position

Kraken competes most directly against Martac Systems (MANTAS T-38), which holds earlier U.S. Navy and SOCOM USV relationships but lacks a confirmed semi-submersible variant; Kraken's K4 Manta offers a subsurface dimension Martac does not. Against Elbit Systems' Seagull USV, Kraken is less mature in ASW sensor integration but offers higher speed and lower unit cost at scale.
