Background
Regulus Cyber was founded in 2016 in Tel Aviv by Yonatan Zur and Yoav Zangvil. Zur is CEO and Zangvil is CTO, according to the captured Technion and Tracxn profiles.
The company began with GNSS spoofing and expanded into a layered counter-UAS stack. Its Ring 3 system focuses on multi-constellation GNSS manipulation, Ring 4 adds passive RF detection, and Ring 5 adds multi-band RF jamming.
Regulus also markets LeC2 as a vendor-agnostic command-and-control layer and lists DART as a coming kinetic interceptor.
The company positions itself as a full kill-chain counter-UAS supplier rather than a point jammer. That makes the row a navigation-warfare and C-UAS software-hardware entry, not just an electronic-warfare component vendor.
