Marichka is a Ukrainian heavy autonomous or uncrewed underwater vehicle (AUV/UUV) developed during Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine. It was first shown publicly in August 2023 by a volunteer engineering group reported as AMMO Ukraine, with Naval News describing the reveal as a break-cover moment for a new Ukrainian underwater drone project. Later public disclosures in February 2026 attributed updated specifications to Aquatechnik, a Ukrainian company developing several sea and river drone types for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to Militarnyi.

The system sits in Ukraine's broader wartime push into maritime uncrewed systems, but it differs from proven surface attack craft such as Magura V5: Marichka is submerged, slower, and publicly remains a prototype or test article rather than an established operational weapon.
