A software stack that connects drone-level autonomy with a human-operated mission interface.

Overview

Swarmer Platform is a Ukrainian-developed software system for coordinating multiple uncrewed vehicles. A contract filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission identifies three components: Swarmer OS on each vehicle's embedded computer, Swarmer AI above it for autonomous operations, and Swarmer UI at a ground control station. It is software that can be integrated with different drones, not a single airframe or weapon.

Swarmer said it had demonstrated up to 25 drones operating in GNSS-denied conditions, according to its announcement covered by Kyiv Post in September 2025. The Kyiv School of Economics subsequently reported 25-drone autonomous operation in 2025 without identifying that scale as a routine combat formation. In its Q2 2026 filing, Swarmer claimed more than 100,000 combat missions by OS-equipped drones at varying autonomy levels; the count does not identify full-platform swarm missions and has no public independent audit.
